|Product Description

Yellow PA/PE co-extruded film refers to a type of packaging film that is co-extruded, meaning it's created by extruding multiple layers of different materials simultaneously. In this case, the film consists of layers of polyamide (PA) and polyethylene (PE), with the addition of a black pigment.

| Application

1. The liner is installed inside the existing pipe and inflated with compressed air. Using robotics, UV light is then used to cure and harden the lining to create the new pipe. Due to the lined design, no pre-lining or grouting is required to stop infiltration.

2. Suitable for underground drainage pipes or channels

3. The section of the repaired object can be special shapes such as circle, oval, egg, square, etc.;

4. The inner diameter of the applicable circular pipe is usually DN150~1200mm, and the largest pipe diameter can be up to DN2000mm

| The Industrial CIPP Process

On a very basic level, CIPP allows for the repair of pipes with the use of epoxy. A tube with epoxy is inserted into an existing pipe that may be cracked or leaking. Then the tube inflates, pushing the epoxy out along the inner lining of the pipe. It hardens, leaving a pipe within a pipe. The new pipe solves the leak or break issues without having to dig up and replace damaged pipes. The faster solution enables companies to minimize disruption from leaks or pipe repairs. It helps avoid the added costs of traditional pipe repair caused by closures.
