| Product Description
CIPP is an advanced solution used for pipe repair. The product consists of a flexible resin-saturated liner designed to repair or replace old or damaged underground pipes, or pipes that are difficult to access. This technology allows the CIPP liner to be applied directly inside the existing pipe, providing efficient, seamless repairs without the need for excavation.
Material: PA/PE co-ex
Color available: Transparent
Thickness: 150um/175um/200um or customized
Width: 300mm to 2200mm
Film Type: Flat sheet & Half tube & Tubular
| CIPP Features
Trenchless technology: No need for large-scale excavation, reducing environmental disruption and traffic interference. |
Fast installation: Quick repair process, allowing pipes to return to service rapidly. |
Cost-effective: More economical than traditional methods, especially in urban environments. |
Extended pipe lifespan: Strengthens pipe structure, preventing corrosion and leaks. |
Wide applicability: Suitable for pipes of different materials, shapes, and sizes. |
CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) is a trenchless pipe repair technology that extends the life of existing pipelines by inserting and curing a high-strength liner inside the old pipe. This method is fast, environmentally friendly, and minimizes disruption to infrastructure and the environment. Widely used for municipal and industrial pipeline repairs, it offers efficient, durable, and cost-effective solutions
| Q & A:
Q1: What is CIPP lining?
A1: CIPP lining is a resin-saturated tube that can be inverted or pulled into an existing pipe to repair holes, leaks, and other issues.
Q2: How does CIPP work?
Q2: CIPP, or Cured-In-Place Pipe, replaces and repairs damaged pipes without the need to dig up the existing pipeline. The CIPP liner is typically inserted into the existing pipe using air pressure or water pressure or pulled into place. Once in position, the resin inside the liner is cured using steam, hot water, or ultraviolet (UV) light, after which it takes the shape of the existing pipe, forming a tightly bonded, seamless layer inside the pipe.
Q3: How does UV pipe lining work??
A3: UV CIPP lining uses high-intensity ultraviolet light to instantly cure the CIPP liner, eliminating the need for steam or hot water.
