GreenPak's High Barrier Vacuum Skin Packaging Film is a co-extruded VSP film designed for premium food packaging applications. With a high-barrier PA/EVOH/PE structure, the film provides excellent oxygen protection, strong skin-tight forming and high optical clarity.
Designed for PP, PET, PE and other compatible tray systems, our vacuum skin film tightly conforms to the product surface to create a protective “second skin”. It is suitable for fresh meat, poultry, seafood, fish, cheese, ready meals and other products requiring extended shelf life and attractive retail presentation.
Available in 80, 100, 120 and 150 μm thicknesses, with customized film widths and roll lengths available according to your packaging machine and production requirements.

The EVOH barrier layer helps reduce oxygen transmission and protect food products from oxidation, helping maintain freshness and product quality during refrigerated storage and distribution.
The film is designed to closely conform to the contours of the product and tray, creating a smooth “second skin” effect with excellent presentation.
The optimized multilayer structure provides good flexibility around corners, edges and high-profile products, helping reduce whitening, cracking and wrinkles during skin packaging.
High optical clarity allows the packaged product to remain highly visible, helping improve shelf appeal and allowing consumers to clearly see the food inside.
The film provides reliable sealing performance with compatible tray materials. Lock-seal and peelable options can be developed according to the customer's application and machine requirements.
The multilayer structure provides good mechanical strength and puncture resistance for applications such as fresh meat, poultry and seafood.
Film thickness, width, roll length and sealing characteristics can be customized according to your tray material, product type and VSP machine.
