Greenpak offer vairous forming and nonforming films, our forming and non-forming films are made of PA/PE and EVOH/PE co-extruded techincail.

Our forming films feature excellent seal-ability, formability, and physical strength

Our non-forming films feature excellent optical properties, and can be customized with easy-peel and anti-fog functions.

Forming film:  When heated, these films soften and become pliable, enabling them to conform tightly to the contours of a mold or container to create custom shapes. Forming films are highly versatile and can be used to package a wide range of food products, including meats, cheeses, baked goods, and ready-to-eat meals. They are particularly suitable for packaging products with irregular shapes or those requiring customized packaging solutions.

Non-forming film:  Non-forming films are highly flexible and conformable, making them suitable for wrapping or enclosing food products without the need for thermal forming. They can easily adapt to the shape of the product and provide a tight seal to maintain freshness and prevent leakage.

Q2: The lead time for transparent forming film is about 3 weeks, color film is about 4 weeks.

Q3: How about the MOQ for forming film?

A3: For first trial order, MOQ we can accept is 1000kg per production line.
