Product description:
Thermoforming film is a type of food grade plastic film used in the thermoforming process, deep draw which is a manufacturing technique for shaping plastic films into usable products. Thermoforming involves heating a film until it becomes pliable, then forming it into a groove using a mold, therforming film will be sealed with non-forming film after feeding the food.
Thermoforming films for food package are typically made from materials such as polyethylene (PE), Polyamide (PA), EVOH and polypropylene (PP). These materials are chosen based on factors such as the desired properties of the final product, its intended use, and cost considerations.
