Product Description
Packaging is an area that can simply improve the quality and effectiveness of integration into your product line. Today, vacuum barrier bags are used to package a variety of items for storage and/or resale. Whether you plan to package food for sale or distribution, GreenPak Vacuum Bags offers a variety of vacuum packaging to suit your application.
To prevent the package contents from coming into contact with oxygen and moisture, Greenpak's vacuum bags have an additionallayer of high-barrier EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol) embedded in the sheet, which makes our vacuum pouch even more superior in OTR barrier performance to the standard market Compared with products, it is reduced to less than ≤2 cc/m2.day. EVOH has extremely low permeability to gases such as oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide.
Therefore, Greenpak vacuum barrier bags are particularly suitable for packaging food and other perishable products.

Comment & FAQ
1.What is the difference between chamber vacuum bags and vacuum seal bags (used in edge, suction and external vacuum sealing machines)?
Chamber vacuum bags and vacuum seal bags for exterior sealing are made from coextruded polyethylene and nylon. There are three simple differences between the products!
The first difference is texture. Chamber vacuum bags have a smooth texture, while vacuum bags are embossed to create a bumpy texture.
The second one is the standard thickness. 3 mil vacuum chamber bags tend to be the standard for chamber vacuum sealers. Foodsaver, Weston and others tend to use bags that are about 4 mils thick. Vacuum seal bags and rolls need to be thicker so they can be embossed more easily without puncturing or failing in the created state. There are not only 3 million chamber vacuum bags available, but there are 4-8 million available!
Third one is cost. Vacuum chamber vacuum bags are much less expensive than comparable vacuum bags as the two differences above speak for themselves. Standard thickness and embossing increase the price of external vacuum seal bags and roll.
