For optimal results using our Non-Barrier Skin Film, please ensure the following critical steps are followed on your VSP machine:
1. Preparation: Place the product in the appropriate VSP tray (e.g., PET, PP) on the machine and load the film correctly.
2. Vacuum & Heat: The machine performs a deep vacuum cycle, followed by rapid heating of the top film to soften it.
3. Forming & Sealing: The softened film is instantaneously drawn down to tightly conform to the product and is then securely heat-sealed to the tray flange under pressure.
4. Cooling: Allow sufficient time for the film to cool and set, ensuring a stable, tightly wrapped package.
Note：Always calibrate your machine's Temperature, Time, and Vacuum settings using test batches to achieve maximum seal integrity and film drape.
