Multi-layer co-extrusion has excellent barrier performance, mechanical properties, tensile forming performance, and heat sealing performance, and does not require additional compounding during the processing, nor does it involve printing ink, adhesives, and additive residues. Why Choose Our vacuum film?
The multi-layer co extruded barrier film structure can combine materials with different properties according to needs, making it have multiple properties at the same time. For example, for heat sealing and packaging machinery, if the film needs to have good mechanical processing performance, MDPE or HDPE materials are used in multi-layer structures to improve the strength and stiffness of the film, ensuring good mechanical processing performance. On the other hand, metallocene polyethylene materials with good heat sealing performance are used in the inner layer to make the film have good heat sealing performance and mechanical performance, better meeting packaging needs. In order to meet different barrier needs, You can choose PA, EVOH, etc. to meet different barrier requirements of the film.
