GreenPak's Vacuum Skin Film (VSF) is a high-performance packaging material designed for premium food preservation and high-visibility display. By using advanced skin packaging technology, the film tightly conforms to the contours of the product—creating a clear, protective “second skin” that enhances freshness, safety, and shelf appeal.
Vacuum Skin Film is a multilayer co-extruded film engineered to deliver excellent clarity, strong sealing performance, and superior barrier protection. Once heated, the film becomes highly flexible and forms a perfect skin-like layer over the food and tray during the vacuum process—without wrinkles, air pockets, or deformation.
It is compatible with various tray materials including APET, PP, PE, PVC, and paper-based trays.
